DVDFab Blu-ray Copy

DVDFab Blu-ray Copy Editor's Review

Created by the same developer who made the useful tool DVDFab Passkey for those who want to copy, clone, burn or convert the content of their DVDs (under the terms of "fair use", of course), today we're going to present another useful tool called DVDFab Blu-ray Copy. As the name suggests, this program can copy and backup any Blu-ray discs to your hard drive but also to other Blu-ray discs or DVD.

When I copy a Blu-Ray or DVD disc to my hard drive, there is one thing that I think that we all share. We want things to be fast and easy. I'm sure that no one wants to waste hours making tests tweaking who knows what settings to get smooth motion or less pixelated quality. Well, DVDFab Blu-ray Copy is very straight, ease and fast - the program uses a future called Lightning-Recoding for much faster converting speed.

Another important thing related to this software is the decryption power witch is used to remove the disc protections and region codes. As described by the producers, the program can remove all known AACS, BD+ copy protections, Region Code, BD-Live, UOPs, MKB V20 and newest MKB V21. Our tests can confirm this, we were able to copy all DVDs and Blue-ray disc - careful with the license issue though.

Except for the powerful description, ease of use and speed, the software has all the typical features you would expect. Real-time preview of the converted file(s), multi-language support (for audio output and subtitles) and splitter function, which is very helpful if you want to merge for example certain segments of a BD into a single DVD.

DVDFab Blu-ray Copy supports several output DVD media: DVD+R (and RW), DVD-R (and RW), DVD-R DL and DVD+R DL. Additionally, you can save the converted video on your hard drive as a Blu-ray folder, a DVD folder or an ISO image file for later burning.

About the output quality, we can simple say that the video quality is great and the the audio completely synced.

Pluses: multi-core CPUs support; Lightning-Recoding; Blu-ray to Blu-ray cloning;

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: If your biggest priority is the output quality, you're going to like this software.
